Besides the High-End Planetary drive system for difficult wire feeding scenarios and soft wires, there is the compact 4-roller drive, which offers various advantages over conventional 2-roller drives. TBi PowerPull Planetary Drive System The TBi PowerPull system has very impressive advantages over conventional wire feeders. Besides a significant increase in ignition reliability (e.g. for short start / stop cycles) the feeding properties for soft wires (aluminum, magnesium, copper-silicon, and its alloys) are excellent. Synchronization with the main wire feeder is accomplished by the TBi Syntronic controller. There are many possible applications, even very complex drive setups with multiple drive units, and e.g. a barrel feeding system, can be reliably installed. - very good feeding properties with soft wires - improves ignition behavior of the system - compatible with all common drive systems Wire diameter: 0.6 - 1.6 mm Feeding distance: up to 25 m

TBi PP4R Compact 4-roller push-pull drive system for robotic application with a number of advantages: - very good feeding power while protecting the wire, due to large diameter rollers - highly recommendable for soft wires - self-locking mechanism when not powered, the wire will keep it’s defined position - compatible with all common drive systems Wire diameter: 0.6 - 2.4 mm Feeding distance: up to 12 m

TBi Syntronic (reverse) Electronic supply unit for TBi PowerPull drive systems, synchronizes the push-pull drive with the master drive. The new Syntronic reverse additionally allows for wire pull-back. The welding specialist will find a wide range of useful applications for TIG, Laser and Plasma welding. - simple connection to all common wire feeders - integrated motor protection - wire pull-back capability (Syntronic reverse only)
